Photography
My love of photography began long before I ever dreamed of pursuing a career in the arts. In high school and college you could probably find me at an event or party snapping photos on my first Canon that my dad bought me for Christmas one year.
Since then, I have applied my photography chops and interest in all of the positions I’ve ever held professionally and always carry a point and shoot camera on me because you never know when you’ll see something worth capturing.
Most importantly, and I think what drew me to photography in the first place, is a desire to focus on and capture the beauty of this world when it is so easy to focus on the negative and the ugly. I can’t think of a better way to celebrate, cherish and romanticize how precious the human experience is than by capturing a fleeting moment.
